2. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
We can offer replacements for candles that may arrive damaged. We take all precautions to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in great condition. Due to the fragile nature of glass candle jars, sometimes they can possibly arrive broken, cracked, or shattered. If this is the case we will happily send a replacement candle.
We only offer refunds if a product arrives damaged and you no longer want a replacement sent out. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The amount of time to arrive back into your bank account depends on your bank processing times which varies.
